Personal Training

Length: Each personal training session is 60 minutes in length.

Sessions: Unlimited. You decide the number of sessions you wish to register for.

Training Schedule: You choose the dates and times that work best for you and schedule them with TNT5 Basketball Development.

Availability: Personal sessions can be booked seven days per week from 7:00 a.m.- 9:00 p.m.

Location: You choose the location. Come to TNT’s home located at 4625 Tower Terrace Drive NE in Cedar Rapids or TNT5 will come to your hometown (school gymnasium, local community center, outdoor court at a city park, etc).

Facility fees: When conducting training sessions away from our home location on 4625 Tower Terrace Drive NE in Cedar Rapids TNT5 is not responsible for facility fees unless arrangements are made at the time of registration. Additional fees may apply if TNT5 is responsible for paying facilities fees.

Registration: Available online. Be prepared to register for several sessions in advance to assure availability. Combined fee for all sessions you register for is due at the first work-out (example: register for 5 sessions, total due at first session equals $300).
